Marians confront Kegalu Vidyalaya

St Mary's College, Kegalle will have the edge when they take on their traditional rivals Kegalu Vidyalaya in their 18th limited over clash for the Mano Wijeratne Trophy which will be played at the Public grounds, Kegalle on April 1 (Sunday).

Of the 17 matches played to date the Marians lead the series with 10 wins against 5 by Kegalu Vidyalaya while 2 matches have ended in no decisions.

The Vidyalians on the other hand did well to thwart the opponents from going for a win by bowling well and stopping the ball reaching the ropes.
