New mother Beyoncé shows off her flat stomach and tiny waist

US: She gave birth to her first child just over two months ago, but Beyoncé Knowles looks like she's already back to her pre-pregnancy shape.

The 30-year-old singer looked stunning in a figure-hugging navy blue Victoria Beckham dress last night as she stepped out in Manhattan to attend a fundraising event hosted by First Lady Michelle Obama.

Her stomach looked unnaturally flat for a woman who just gave birth, but Beyoncé hasn't lost any of her trademark curves.

She still showed off her stunning shape in the form-fitting Victoria Beckham frock, managing to look both sexy and elegant at the same time.

She accessorised with two beaded necklaces, including one with a pendant shaped like an eagle.

Her bright blue nail varnish, blue accents on her Nicholas Kirkwood heels and the colour of her dress were clearly a nod to her newborn, Blue Ivy.

Though her infant couldn't be with her for the event, she was still there in spirit.

The reception, which is being hosted by the First Lady, as well as Robert De Niro and his wife, Grace Hightower, will raise funds for Obama's re-election campaign.

Earlier in the day the singer and daughter Blue Ivy had a visit from her old bandmate and close friend Kelly Rowland who popped by Beyoncé's Tribeca apartment in New York.
