One mile sea swim at Negombo

One mile sea swim conducted by the Vocational Swimming Coachers Association of Negombo took place at the Beach Park at Ethukala, Negombo.

Swimmers from Gampaha, Kurunegala, Puttalam and Negombo participated at this sea swim.

The winners of the events are as follows:

Under 14 Girls: J M Sandu Savindi (first), L Anushika Dev Vidurshani (second) and M Supuni Wathsala Obris (third).

Under 14 Boys: P Kavindu Lakshan Fernando (First), M Keshan Chathuranga Obris (second) and M B Ravindu (third).

Over 14 Girls: Isola Fernando (First), Dewni Shenali Ranasinghe (second) and W Madushika Sewwandi Fernando (third).

Over 14 Boys: Ravindu Lakshan Perera (First), Zakwan Maffas (second) and Ranga Charith (third).
