Bandara (70) props up Kingswood

A fighting knock of 70 runs by S M Bandara helped Kingswood College, Kandy to score 216 all out in their 106th Big Match against Dharmaraja College, Kandy which commenced at Pallekele Stadium yesterday.

Bandara faced 164 deliveries hit 10 boundaries and was at the wicket for three hours and 40 minutes.

Dharmaraja skipper Viraj Karaputugala won the toss and put Kingswood into bat and Rajans were 14 for no loss.
