CNCI Achiever Awards 2012 to boost SL industries

CNCI Achiever Awards 2012 for industrial and service excellence
organized by the Ceylon National Chamber of Industries will be held on
September 6 , 2012 at Hotel Cinnamon Grand, Colombo for the 11th
consecutive year.

The main objectives of the awards ceremony is to give due recognition
to Sri Lankan industries that maintain the highest quality and high
production standards and to reward them for their achievements.
Duly registered enterprises operating in Sri Lanka and also in SAARC
countries with three to four years of business operations will be
eligible to apply for achiever awards. Awards are presented on national
level and provincial level in various sectors such as micro, small ,
medium , large and large scale industry sectors. Gold, silver , bronze
and merit awards are offered to all winners of the manufacturing sector
enterprises on national level. Gold, silver, bronze and merit awards are
offered to all winners of manufacturing sector enterprises on provincial
level. Service sector enterprises will also be presented gold and silver
awards.
Sri Lankan enterprises operating in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh,
Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives are offered the gold award under the SAARC
country awards category.
Industrial enterprises operating in SAARC specific countries who are
recommended by the SAARC country specific Chambers of Industry and
Commerce are eligible˙ to apply and will be offered gold awards under
SAARC Specific Country Awards.
Special district awards are offered to Jaffna and Batticaloa
districts for 2012 in the micro and small sector industry, manufacturing
and services sector enterprise categories.
Since 2011, CNCI has introduced special top 10 awards for National
Level Manufacturing Sector Industrial Enterprises who had obtained
highest marks in comparison with national award winners. |
