Otters Tennis Tourney from February 25

The Annual Open 'B' Grade Ranking Tennis Tournament 2012 organized by Otter

Aquatic Club will be held from February 25 to March 5 at the club premises. The tournament is sanctioned and monitored by Sri Lanka Tennis Association ( SLTA ) and will be conducted according to International Tennis Federation ( ITF ) and SLTA rules.

This year the tournament consists of 14 junior events, five open events and one veteran's doubles. The junior events are for boys and girls under 10 to 18 . Boys and girls under 14 and 18 years will have the opportunity to play in doubles.

The organizers expect more than 300 entries including some top players in the field as this is the first ranking tournament this year. Entries will close tomorrow by 5pm and seeding display will be on Thursday while draw will take place on Friday at 6pm at Otters Club.
