NTB welcomes two new Board members
Nations Trust Bank (NTB) has appointed Dhammika Prassanna De Silva
and Neelendra Shalini Panditaratne as Non Executive Directors with
effective from January 1, 2012.

Dhammika Prasanna De Silva currently serves as a Director of Central
Finance Company PLC and possesses 22 years of experience in the banking
and finance industry of which 15 years has been in senior managerial
positions. His expertise in credit appraisals, recoveries, operating
systems, tax, regulatory framework and legal sectors at operational and
managerial levels will be useful in Nations Trust Banks' systematic
development drive in the year of 2012.
Shalini Panditaratne is a Chartered Accountant, Sri Lanka and, is a
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. She has
international experience in corporate and investment banking at senior
management level, primarily in credit risk management and analysis.
The wealth of knowledge and expertise brought by these two
professionals to the Board of NTB will serve the bank well in the years
ahead as Nations Trust Bank puts into action their strategic plans for
the year 2012.
