Love is on the cards this Valentine's day - and Hilton Colombo
Residence welcomes all to treat their sweetheart to the best during this
special season from a secluded romantic dinner for two at the pool side
or hiding in a perfect alcove of love at the Union Bar & Grill.

The Union Bar & Grill will host a romantic dinner buffet on February
14. Indulge in assorted seafood terrine, marinated olives, mixed seafood
with avocado, waldorf salad or delicious beetroot and orange feta salad
and so much more such as tempura prawns, teppanyaki beef, vegetarian
tofu kebab and chicken katsu. If anyone favours a quiet moment on the
scenic pool side located on level 3 then they can indulge in a five
course menu carefully selected by Executive Chef Priyal Wijesuriya.
There is a selection of, gratinated seared scallops, crunchy greens
and mustard crème glacèe, chili lemongrass oil as a starter, duo of
watercress and pumpkin puree, chicken chorizo as a second course
One can drop in at Pitstop and make her swoon with pleasure with
their special Valentine's treats - with special chocolates and cakes
bound to make one fall in love all over again. |
