Magnificent 105 from Silva

A R S Silva with a magnificent 105 and a half century from H I A Jayaratne helped Colts Cricket Club to total 266 in their first innings against Bloomfield on the first day of the Premier League Tournament Tier 'A' opening match at Bloomfield grounds yesterday. In reply Bloomfield were 26 for one at the close of play.

Suraj Randiv grabbed four wickets while Lakshitha and Fernando took two wickets each.

Randiv and Fernando did the most damage for Colts by taking three quick wickets.

Silva and Jayaratne added 93 runs for the ninth wicket.

Today is the second day of the match.
