Ring found in food parcel

A large imitation ring was found in a food parcel bought from a popular restaurant in Thimbirigasyaya by an office employee yesterday. The employee had complained to the restaurant manager. The manager had apologized for the mistake and thanked him for informing about it.

Meanwhile, the first stock of illicit beef transported along the Southern Expressway was detected at the Pinnaduwa barrier, close to its entrance yesterday.
