Russia to place $7 b in eurobonds in 2012

Russia: Russia will place seven billion dollars' worth of eurobonds next year, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Thursday, confirming earlier government plans. The bonds will be placed in several instalments, news agencies quoted Siluanov as saying without providing further details. AFP
