Fined for dengue breeding

A person who was found guilty for failing to clean a dengue mosquito
breeding site near his home was fined Rs 5,000 by Anuradhapura
Magistrate and District Judge Dharshika Wimalasiri.
Police Carols
Police carols will be held today from 7pm to 8.30pm at Police
Grounds, Bambalapitiya.
The chief guest will be Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith. Other guests
include IGP N K Illangakoon and Senior Police Officers. Cardinal Malcolm
Ranjith will also deliver a special Christmas message on the occasion.
