The eighth annual Sujata Jayawardena Memorial Oration organized by the Alumni Association of the University of Colombo will be delivered by Plantation Industries Minister and Special Envoy on Human Rights of the President, Mahinda Samarasinghe on 'Human Rights: International Challenges for Sri Lanka' tomorrow at 5.00 pm at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute 100, Independence Square, Colombo 7.
