Wanted for attempted murder

Police Public Relations Unit has announced the following persons as wanted suspects for the attempted murder of W D Rupananda. The incident occurred at Madakumbura in Karandeniya police area on October 17. The wanted suspects are Thambawita Gurunnaselage Lasantha Padmalal alias Rana (ex-army soldier) of Godagama, Kosgoda and Arumahandi Udesh Chandimal of Wewadeniya, Kapumulla, Ratgama.

Binduhewage Damith Nilanga of Darga Town, Aluthgama is wanted for the attempted murder of Labugamage Chaminda Sampath. The incident occurred in the Bentota police area on October 19.
