Health Dept netball champs

Health Department of the Central Province won the Netball title for the 7th year in succession beating Ministry of Industries (CP) team in the final of the State Services Netball Tournament organised by the Ministry of Sports (CP) at the Peradeniya Campus Grounds, over the weekend. Health Dept. led by Nilanthi Gamage beat Dept. of Road Development in the first match (10-1).

In the 2nd match they beat Education dept. (9-2) and in the final they beat Dept. of Industries (9-2).

Volleyball, cricket and athletic events will be held next.
