Indian Army delegation calls on Army Commander

A representative delegation of the Indian Army Higher Command Course-2011, currently in Sri Lanka paid a courtesy call on Army Commander Lieutenant General Jagath Jayasuriya Wednesday morning at Army Headquarters.

Air Commodore P.R Navalkar of Indian Air Force, Head of the touring 16-member delegation, accompanied by Colonel Anil Pushkarna and the Defence Attaché at High Commission of India, during their meeting with Army Commander, exchanged views on bilateral matters of importance with special emphasis on training modules, related to both military services.

The visiting Air Force officer presented a token memento to the Army Commander at the end of the cordial meeting.
