Mahanama shot out for 152

St. Anthony’s College, Kandy, were on top at the end of first day’s play in their inter-school cricket match against Mahanama College, Colombo which began at Kadirana yesterday.

The match will be continued today at 9.30 a.m. Put into bat Mahanama College were dismissed for 152 with Chathura Jayasinghe top scoring with 50 which had 3 fours.

Sri Lanka youth leg spinner Saranga Rajaguru bowled best to capture 4 for 48. At close the Antonians had replied with 53 for 1 before bad light ended play early.
