*Free sterilization clinic in Kahatuduwa

The Animal Welfare and Protection Association will conduct a free sterilazation/neutering clinic (sponsored by Hatton National Bank) at Sathva Sevana Transit Home for Animals: 16D, 1/2, Diyagama Road, Kahatuduwa on Sunday October 30 from 7.30 am to 12 noon on a first come first served basis. Dogs and cats (four to six months and over) can be neutered and sterilized. The animals must NOT be given any food and water 12 hours prior to the operation and must NOT be sick. Cats should be brought in a box or cage or used rice bag and dogs on a chain.

We’re cute, we’re adorable, we love to play and have fun. We’d also love to have a kind and loving home. We have been living in a car park and dont like it very much, so please do take us in. We have been wormed and vaccinated and promise to be your lifelong friend and companion.

*Bruno needing a home too

Bruno is yet another victim of the people who have dogs and abandon them when they go abroad.

My friend spoke to me sometime back and told that her parents had moved to a new place and that the owners of that house have left the country leaving their dog behind without any care in the world.

His name is Bruno and he is very friendly. And due to many healthwise reasons, my friend’s family can’t take care of the dog even though they do love animals. He is a very humble dog.

So if there is anyone who is interested in this young guy please let them know.

*Abandoned at a lamp post

A few weeks back I was abandoned and tied to a lamp post and left to face any fate that befell me. My picture was in the papers, but I still dont have a home.

I have been sterilised and vaccinated and need a kind and loving home. I am very very affectionate and loving and playful. I am house trained as well. She is not more than a year old.
