Mohombi enthralls Lankan audience

He drives youngsters crazy with his rocking music and his stunning
look. Mohombi is one of the most popular singers, who possesses half
Swedish and half African heritage. He has caught most of the music
lovers' hearts around the world. His father is from Congo while his
mother is Swedish. He has grown up in both countries where he tasted
music in two different cultures.
Mohombi is in Sri Lanka. He has performed in Colombo at CH & FC. Sun
FM organised the musical show and a lot of music fans gathered there to
see Mohombi live in stage.
Mohombi started his music career when he was a little boy.
He has done his first performance when he was only four years in
front of his family members. He was inspired from both his mother's and
father's cultures.
"Music is the language of love and happiness, it is my life. Life and
people inspired me. I am totally passionate of music. I cannot think of
anything without music," said Mohombi.
"I am excited to be in Sri Lanka, it was a dream that I wanted to
travel in these South Asian countries.
"I am proud that I am here in Sri Lanka to entertain people. I
believe that positive music makes people smile, it washes away people's
burdens. So I am dedicated to music," Mohombi said.
'Bumpy Ride' and 'Coconut Tree' are two of his popular hits which
were embraced by almost all the music lovers. Mohombi loves Bob Marley
and Micheal Jackson. Mohombi is not only a singer but a writer and a
producer.
