Bandaranaike commemoration at Horagolla today

The 52nd death commemoration of the founder of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party and late Prime Minster S W R D Bandaranaike and the 11th death commemoration of the world's first women Prime Minister Sirimavo Bandaranaike, will be held near the Bandaranaike Samadhi in Horagolla today.

The death anniversary of veteran parliamentarian Anura Bandaranaike will also be commemorated at the ceremony.

Prime Minister D M Jayaratne and religious dignitaries will participate at the commemoration ceremony.
