"Sri Lanka is facing another threat similar to that posed by Prabhakaran who is no more.

"The people are unable to voice opposition against the threat due to their ignorance about it, National Patriotic Movement chairman Dr Gunadasa Amarasekara said. "The threat is the attempt made by certain western countries to drag our state and military leaders before a war tribunal," he added.

Dr Amarasekara was addressing a press briefing held at the Sausiripaya yesterday.
