Nature's Secrets wins National Green Award

Nature's Secrets, now reaching out to the world in its journey towards creating a global brand for Sri Lanka, was awarded a prestigious National Green Award from the Central Environmental Authority (Under the Environment Ministry) for their commitment and demonstrated leadership in conserving natural resources, managing and minimizing waste, and controlling the use of non renewable resources.

The National Green Award is yet another accolade for Nature's Secrets, the only cosmetics brand in the island to be manufactured under European recognized GMP, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Nature's Beauty Creations (NBC), the manufacturer of Nature's Secrets, was the only company to be awarded a National Green Award 2011 from the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Nature's Beauty Creation's ultra-modern, top-notch, and purpose built factory provides modern cosmetology to transform the age-old tradition of herbal remedies into world class cosmetic creations.

The green terrain around Nature's Beauty Creations comprises over 400 rare, time tested herbal medicinal plants and over 70 aquatic plant species.

NBC has also become an educational centre for Sri Lankan schoolchildren and university students, providing them a valuable insight into a success story of an environmentally sustainable industry.
