A memorable event

The Graduation 2011 of Ramani Arsecularatne - International Academy of Cosmetology and Fine Arts was a total success which inspired the whole audience in a very lively manner.

The graduation ceremony started with a stimulating traditional peacock dance from Channa Wijewardene's dancing group which inspired the whole audience with its charm. Students who followed the six months Diploma in Beauty Culture and Hair dressing were eagerly looking forward to be graduated. Finally the precious moment arrived and the chief guest Major General Sri Lal Weerasooriya - former Commander of the Sri Lanka Army was called over to the stage together with outstanding Sri Lankan beautician Ramani Arsecularatne to distribute the first set of certificates. The first set of certificates were awarded to the students who were selected to the course through 'Ranaviru Pranama Scholarship Programme' which runs under Sri Lanka Army War Widows Association. Entertainment was provided throughout the event to make the audience feel enthusiastic. The second item was an excellent eye catching bridal show from Arsecularatne's exceptional bridal collection, 'Christella'.

The second set of certificates were awarded by the next significant guest, Major Dr. W. Perera who has supported immensely to make this endevour a success. Third and fourth sets of certificates were awarded by Vajira Perera and Prof. Sirimal Abeyratne of the University of Colombo. The final set of certificates were awarded by David Samuel, Business Development manager of the Australian High commission.
