Tharindu wins Triple Crown

Superb all round individual performance and desire for success
enabled the Central Bank to dominate at the Nationalized Services Table
Tennis Association’s Novices Tournament held recently at the S Thomas’
College Indoor Stadium Mt Lavinia.
Triple Champion Tharindu Dhanushka led the CBSL team to dominate the
tournament.
Men’s singles champion Tharindu Dhanushka with the assistance of
Dimuth Warnapura and Lumini Thamaya won the Men’s Doubles and Mix
Doubles events respectively.
Further Dimuth Warnapura emerged as the Men’s Single runner up while
Lumini Thamaya and Mahesha Kumari won the Women’s Doubles championship. |
