eChannelling sells 13.7 million Blue Diamonds shares

eChannelling has sold 13.7 million shares of Blue Diamonds worth Rs. 133.4 million which represents 13.24 percent of the voting shares of the company.

The sale includes 400,000 shares of Blue Diamonds at Rs 9.20 worth Rs 3,680,000, a further block of 550,000 shares at Rs 9.30 worth Rs 5,115,000 and the final block of 11 million shares at Rs 10 worth Rs 110 million.

British American Technologies (Pvt) Ltd has brought the 11 million stake at Rs 10 worth Rs 110 million, which accounts for 10.65 percent of the voting shares.
