Twelve teachers injured in crash

Twelve teachers were injured when the bus they were travelling ran off the road on July 26 in Vakarai, Batticaloa district.

The teachers who sustained serious injuries were admitted to Vakarai and Batticaloa hospitals. The bus was travelling from Vakarai Kaduraveli Vigneswara Vidyalaya to Batticaloa at the time of the accident, Police said.
