S Thomas' Prep win by 1 run

S Thomas' Prep School Kollupitiya beat Weluwana College by one run in a thrilling finish in their recent Under 15 Div II tournament encounter played at Malay Ground. The game swung both ways with S. Thomas Prep losing wickets at short intervals and getting bowled out for a mere 121. Weluwana replied with a very steady start and later fell to the spin of captain S. Gamage who bagged 4 for 29 and some tight fielding adding pressure to the batsmen.
