Ceylon Continental will come alive with 'Jewels of Japan' - a Sushi
and Sashimi promotion this month to cater to Japanese food lovers from 1
pm to 8 pm at Café Conti.
The objective of Jewels of Japan is to bring a star class experience
to Japanese food lovers at an affordable price", Head of Ceylon
Continental Kamal Munasinghe said.
He added that careful planning went into designing the menu content
to ensure the availability of delightful options to vegetarians and non
vegetarians alike.

The sushi bar will have a wide array of Sushi and Sashimi menus at
the Café Conti. Prepared by Chef Sanjeewa Caldera, the promotion is
bound to tantalize the taste buds of guests.
Guests will be able to indulge in a wide range of Sushi from Nigri,
Maki, Chirashi, Oshi, Suffed, as well as Chakin or Fukusa and Inari.
Chef Caldera has had immense training in Japanese cuisine and has over
17 years of work experience in Japanese restaurants.
He will strive to blend the international experience he has gained in
Japanese cuisine into the Sushi and Sashimi promotion at Café Conti
bringing out unique flavours and aromas of the freshest ingredients. |
