Once again Sri Lanka is going to be competing with 67 other countries

Nalinda Sampatha will be flying off to participate in the "Best Model of
the World 2010" in Bulgaria on July 31. They are very confident and all
ready to depart on the 21.
Nalinda and Piumi are active members of V Academy run by actress
Vasana Danthanarayana. Vasana has guided and trained these youngsters to
come to this position who joined the institution when they were very
young.
Piumi is an old girl of Hillwood College, Kandy and has three
sisters. Her family, especially her mother supports her and encourages
her to improve her talents.
Nalinda's story is also the same and his whole family helps him a lot
in everything. He is the youngest of his family and has many friends who
help him reach his targets.
Vasana has trained these young models in many ways. "We are really
well trained focusing especially on personality building. Today, we are
quite confident that we could do something for Sri lanka. We are really
happy that we are going to represent Sri Lanka which is a rare
opportunity for any person. Our hope is to perform our best there and to
bring glory to Sri Lanka. This is the biggest modeling competition in
the world", they noted. |
