Keells opens latest store

Keells Super will open its latest store in Rajagiriya tomorrow with an investment of Rs 80 million. This outlet will be spread cross 13,000 square feet and is the newest addition to its 48 outlet chain offering wide range of fresh vegetables, fruits, sea food and meats to groceries and household products for entire family under one roof.

The special feature of this Rajagiriya store is the hot kitchen to cater to the needs of the busy customers.

Vallibel Finance IPO begins Tuesday

Vallibel Finance will go for an IPO on Tuesday offering 21,311,870 ordinary voting shares at Rs 25 each.

The funds expected to raise through this IPO is Rs 532,796,750.

The minimum subscription is 100 shares. The issue closing date is 8th July or on the day the issue is oversubscribed. The share trading will commence from early July.
