New Interim Committee for Netball appointed

The Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage has appointed a new Inerim Committee for Netbal with Tamara Dharmakeerthi Herath as its President.

Other members pof the Interim Committee are Lakmini Gunasekara, Chandrani Pathiraja, and Kishan George. Ms. S. Wijendran will serve as as the Secretary to Interim Committee. The Minister addressing the members of the Interim Committee and stated that they should work towards betterment of the game of netball, rather than working to achieve their private goals.

He further stated that they should contribute to uplift the game and to take right decisions to benefit the and also to selecting a strong team for the upcoming Netball World Cup which is their sole responsibility at this moment.
