NATO allies discuss Libya operations

Belgium: NA- TO allies have met in Brussels to discuss their ongoing military campaign against Libyan ruler Muammar Gaddafi in the North African country. During the meeting in Belgium, defense ministers agreed to continue military action in the North African nation until Gaddafi surrenders his power, AFP reported.

"All ministers agreed we will keep up the pressure for as long as it takes to bring this to an early conclusion," said NATO's Secretary General Andres Fogh Rasmussen during a news conference, also asking more nations to join the mission in Libya. Although NATO has extended the campaign for another 90 days, the ministers vowed to continue indefinitely. Raw Story.press
