Pakistanis slam US raid for bin Laden

Pakistani MPs and lawyers have condemned the United States for ‘violating’ Pakistan’s sovereignty by carrying out a military operation to kill al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

Reports say dozens of Pakistani lawyers staged a protest rally against the US move on Wednesday in the city of Abbottabad where US forces claim to have killed bin Laden.

Leading lawyers said that they condemn terrorism but cannot accept any violation of their sovereignty, a Press TV correspondent reports. Presstv
