As many customers rely on SLT's prepaid dealer network to obtain SLT services in Sri Lanka, building business consistency throughout will indeed be gainful to all parties. SLT's pursuit in maintaining and improving consistency of service in its dealer network also reflects its commitment to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Business consistency builds trust and loyalty in the customer, and centralized guidance of dealers by SLT will enable customers to access the same range of SLT services at any dealer, anywhere in Sri Lanka.
