Sala partners Delux for new factory

Sala enterprises in collaboration with Delux Technology in china will set up a factory in Sri Lanka to manufacture computer motherboards, casings and mouse with a substantial investment.

"At the moment, we are conducting feasibility studies and are likely to set up the factory in Avissawella, Sala Enterprises and Sala Geo Information System Managing Director Chinthaka Wijewickrama said.

Sala Enterprises looks at opportunities to export these products of the factory to several countries in the SAARC region as well as satisfying the local customer IT needs. He said there is huge potential in e-education and digital entertainment areas in Sri Lanka.

For this reason the company has already introduced a navigation tracking solution for the first time in Sri Lanka which will assist travellers to go to any place in the country without getting lost.

Sala will also be introducing vehicle tracking solutions, GPS system for maritime business, e-education tool which will help students to follow distant learning without any hindrance.
