E- channelling in new joint venture

E-channelling and Software Distributions Limited established their new joint venture company ECL Soft Private Limited, a CSE filing said yesterday. The new joint venture company is established to engage in development of healthcare, software and global marketing of the company's products.

This new joint venture will also facilitate knowledge process outsourcing, business process outsourcing and consulting too.

E-channelling's joint venture company Software Distributions Limited is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Both companies hold equal stakes in the joint venture company.
