Magistrate orders reports on missing findings

Kebithigollewa Chief Magistrate and Additional District Judge Thilina Gamage has ordered the Senior Superintendent of Police of the Anuradhapura region to inquire and report to the court about the hiding of the Police findings with regard to the Kebithigollewa Headquarters OIC who had caused a vehicle accident after driving under the influence of liquor.

The magistrate issued this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police after considering a complaint that the Police findings with regard to the Headquarter OIC who had caused a vehicle accident after driving under the influence of liquor had been hidden for the past four months.
