Isipathana open season on winning note

Isipathana opened their under 20 Singer league schools rugger season on a victorious note beating Dharmaraja College Kandy by 37 points (2 goals, 4 tries, 1 penalty) to 15 (1 goal, 1 try and a drop goal) at Havelock Park yesterday.

The try scorers for the winners were number eight Prasad Madusanka (2) and winger Chanaka Kumara, second row Sajid Suhaib, centre Mikalanka Pramodha, and centre Shamal Chaturanga scored a try each. Malik Jumad put over the conversions. RA
