How will if feel when you enter a hotel room and see cute animals made out of towels, lying on the bed?.

On a visit to the Ceylon Continental Hotel I was given an opportunity to take a brief look at one of the rooms. I noticed each bed had some sort of creation to welcome their new guests.

Assistant House Keeper Mangala Hemananda said as the first five star hotel in the country we are always try to find new things to make our guests happy. As the Housekeeping is the heart of a hotel, it has a very big responsibility to keep.

Towel art is a mysterious way for housekeeping. Towel art is popular at vacation destinations in many countries. This adds a nice touch for the room and adds a little fun and creativity as well.

Though there are various types of towel arts we were careful to select suitable arts for our culture. Normally we make peacocks, elephants and swarns. When we make a towel art, we should always think about the time spent to create as it. We have to prepare rooms in as quick as possible.
