Carsons in share swap

Over 21 million parcel of rights of Guardian Capital Partners was sold to Guardian Investment Trust PLC, a CSE filing said yesterday.

Carson Cumberbatch PLC holds 581,950 shares of Guardian Capital Partners PLC amounting to 86.73 percent of the stated capital of the company.

Accordingly 21,823,125 rights shares have been provisionally allotted to the company.

Of these 21,692,800 rights shares (99.4 percent of the entitlement) was sold to Guardian Investment Trust PLC, a subsidiary of the company at a price of Rs 10.30 per right, as a part of a Group shareholding re-organization, the CSE filing said yesterday.
