Treasure hunters apprehended

The Galenbindunuwewa Police have taken in for questioning seven persons suspected to have come to dig an archaeological site for treasures.

The Police made the arrest following information received yesterday together with the tools they had brought to dig the land.

There was also a Kattandiya and other six persons all of whom are residents of Homagama and Galenbindunuwewa.
