Chandrasekera heads SLSRFA

Kingswood College Principal Ranjith Chandrasekera and Susantha Mendis from Prince of Wales College Moratuwa were elected President and Secretary respectively at the Sri Lanka Schools Rugby Football Association (SLSRFA) annual general meeting held at Lumbini MV yesterday.

The Principal of Royal College Panadura Sarathchandra de Silva was elected as the Deputy President and N. L. Wettewa of St. Benedict's College was elected Treasurer.

In addition Jagath Semasinghe (Vidyaloka MV, Galle) and Prashantha Ranaweera (St. Joseph's) were elected assistant secretary and assistant treasurer respectively. Gamini Sarathchandra of Isipatana College was elected Tournament Secretary.

Meanwhile the seven Vice President's elected were K. B. Illangasinghe (Principal Isipatana), W. G. Ariyaratne (Principal Trinity), P. Liyanagaskumbura (Principal St. John's Nugegoda), M. U. Ranjith (Principal Nalanda), Sarath Ranaweera (Deputy Principal St. Aloysius Galle), Kumara Rodrigo (Deputy Principal Ananda) and T. H. Ariyawansa (Deputy Principal Devapathiraja MV Ratgama). CD
