Asian Sports Medicine Ex-co Meeting

The Asian Sports Medicine Association which is affiliated to the World Sports Medicine Federation has decided to hold its Ex-Co Meeting in Sri Lanka February 25 and 26. The Asian segment is one of which plays a vital role in this association.

The Asian Association has also made arrangements to conduct a seminar along with the Ex-co meeting for the benefit of the doctors who are engaged in the field of sports medicine which will be attended by leading doctors from the association.

The Sri Lanka National Olympic Committee hopes to register 120 doctors who are keen in sports medicine from all parts of the country as it intends to take this specialized subject to the rural areas to help the up and coming sportsmen and women.
