Public inconvenienced

Due to negligence of Grama Niladaries:

Public complain that some Grama Niladaries of the Kundasale Division do not attend to public need on a regular basis in their offices. Some officers visit their offices once a week, even that for a short-time.

Public complaints to Provincial Secretariat too found to be fruitless said a villager, who has failed to meet the particular Grama Niladari for a week or so. The public request the provincial secretary of the Kundasale to be more cautious about the public needs through their Grama Niladaries. Further the public complain the supervisory Grama Niladari does not have a proper office his office has been used by some other officials.

When a complain is made against a GN - the public say that the particular GN - use to harass them and delay their work.
