NCPPC fourth session opening

The fourth session of the fifth Provincial Council of the North Central Province will be declared open tomorrow (05) on a grand scale by North Central Province Governor, Karunaratna Divulgane.

The Governor, presiding over the inaugural session will table a statement which would include a program of policies designed in conformity with the Mahinda Chinthana, pertaining to the development, security administration and well being of the people of the province, totalling nearly 1.2 million intended to be implemented during the current year.
