Brother stabs his elder

A dispute between two brothers ended up injuring one of them critically at Pattiyagama, Madampe last Saturday.

The wounded man identified as R John Antony Clinton who had been stabbed by his younger brother was first taken to Madampe hospital and later admitted to Chilaw Base Hospital in a serious condition.

The victim had visited his mother at his younger brother’s house in the morning where the dispute started. Later in the evening while the elder brother was riding a bicycle along Pattiyagama road he had met his younger brother who stabbed him on the road. Madampe Police are investigating.
