Passing out parade of swimmers

The passing out parade of 200 students trained in swimming at the Sapugaskanda Yashida Swimming Academy will be held at the Yashida Swimming Pool on November 8 (Wednesday) at 8.30 a.m.

The Chief Guest will be Japan Chief Sanganayake Ven Banagala Upatissa Thera, Yashida Foundation Director Hemakumara Gunasekara and Yashida International School Principal (Mrs) Shermila Lankathilake.

Senior Swimming Instructor W. Thilak Ratnakumara said that a water sports festival also will be held.
