Finlays UK buys Finlays Colombo stakes

Purchase 99,200 shares:

James Finlay Limited UK has yesterday purchased 99,200 shares in Finlays Colombo PLC at a price of Rs 150 per share, Colombo Stock Exchange filling said.

With this purchase, James Finlay Limited's shareholding increased to 33,839,410 shares which represent 96.68 percent of the issued share capital of the company. Messrs R J Mathison and P R Henson who are directors of James Finlay Limited UK are also Directors of Finlays Colombo PLC.
