Sanga on top

Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara has regained the top spot from India's Sachin Tendulkar in the International Cricket Council Player Rankings for Test batsmen after the left hand top order batsman scored a magnificent 150 against the West Indies in the drawn second Test match at the R. Premadasa International Stadium in Colombo.

The 33-year-old scored his 24th Test century from 216 balls including 12 fours and one six while forcing himself back into the top of the rankings and forcing Tendulkar into second place in the rankings.
