Sanath feted at Goa film fest

The 41st Film Festival of India was held in Goa, India on November 22 attended by prominent personalities of the film industry across the world. Actor, Director and Producer Sanath Gunatilake was felicitated for his contribution to the cinema industry, at the opening day function by Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat.

Indian Railways Minister Mamata Banerjee was the chief guest.

Six Sri Lanka films were screened at this year's festival.

Out of these films, Gunatilake had acted in three films. National Film Corporation Chairman Kumar Abeysinghe accompanied Gunatilake to this year's festival in Goa.
